The Right Stitch Executive Committee is offering two special programs during Seminar 2024 (July 19 – 25).
  1. Stitch Bingo will take place during seminar and is open to all seminar attendees (scroll down to see the details of this event).

Stitch Bingo

GPR Seminar 2024 Special Event: Stitch Bingo

Sunday July 21, 2024, 7-9 pm

Come join us for a fun evening of bingo and prizes. The catch is you create your own embroidered bingo board! We have chosen 50 different stitches for you to choose from and each has multiple variations so let your imagination take flight! You can do a board of simple stitches – just 5 complete examples of the chosen stitch per square. You can do a board with a simple pattern in each block, with or without name of stitch.

You can go all artsy and fill each square where the majority of the square is the stitch or variations.

Be sure to create a “road map” on a sheet of paper that identifies the stitches you used and in which square. This will help you identify your stitches quickly during the game.

Silent Auction

GPR Seminar 2024 Special Event: Silent Auction

Details

  • The Auction opens at 7:30 am on Saturday, July 20 and will close at NOON on Wednesday.
  • Minimum bid is $25 and increases in $ amounts set by bidders.
  • ALL bidders must complete the Bidder Form. Available at Seminar Central desk or online. The completed form should be turned in to the Auction In Box at Seminar Central.
  • IF bidder is not on-site or not on-site for the auction item pick up may designate an agent on the form. The agent should bring the form to Seminar Central.
  • The items description is to the best knowledge of the organizer, but may not be complete. Items will be on display at Seminar Central in closed but clear containers for viewing.
  • High bidder will be notified shortly after the closing time – by email if bidder chooses to pay by check or via Paypal invoice, if that payment method is preferred.
  • Items must be picked up between 4:30-5:30 pm on July 24, at a location on the main floor of the hotel to be announced.
  • If the item is NOT picked up by bidder or agent during the designated pick up time/place, the item will forfeit to the next bidder.
  • Proceeds of the auction go to the Greater Pacific Region.
